Cette recette de sandwich végétarien associe le Red Storm, notre Red Leicester vintage, aux saveurs méditerranéennes du pesto génois, des artichauts tranchés, des tomates séchées au soleil et des olives noires. Grillé jusqu'à ce qu'il soit fondant et doré, il constitue un délicieux déjeuner rapide.
METHOD
Spread 2 slices of bread lightly with butter on one side
Spread 1 heaped teaspoon of pesto on unbuttered slice and arrange tomatoes, artichokes and sliced black olives on top
Place cheese on top leaving slight gap at sides to allow for cheese melting. Top with second slice and press down gently
Place in preheated sandwich toaster until golden brown or bake it in hot oven until crispy and golden
