  • Large white potatoes
  • Black Bomber cheese
  • Ingredients: Large white potatoes Black Bomber cheese Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt


  • Pre-heat oven to 200°c
  • Shave the Black Bomber into thin slices
  • Thinly slice 3/4 way into the potatoes horizontally, place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shavings of Black Bomber liberally over the top.
  • Return to the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the cheese has melted.
