Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 dessertspoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp coleslaw
  • 1 handful pulled pork, shredded
  • 50g Beechwood, grated

Our Beechwood mature Cheddar is much loved for its natural, smoky flavours, and they come to the fore in this pulled-pork wrap recipe. Layering barbecue sauce, crunchy coleslaw, pulled pork and a handful of our bestselling smoked cheese, this turns a simple tortilla into a quick and delicious weekend lunch.

Method

  • Spread 1 dessertspoon of barbecue sauce over the wrap, then top it with 1 tablespoon of coleslaw and a handful of pulled pork.
  • Season to taste and top with grated cheese.
  • Fold in the ends of the wrap and roll it up firmly.
  • Cut in half to serve.
