This simple glazed turkey recipe uses Balsamic Caramelised Onion Chutney, brown sugar and cognac, brandy or bourbon to give your roast an indulgent twist – at Christmas or any time of year!
- 1. Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan and heat to incorporate all ingredients. Remove from heat when everything is warm and starting to bubble. Set aside.
- 2. Spoon over the turkey for the final 15 minutes of cooking – leave uncovered in oven for optimum browning.
