Memoir of a cheese addict

I am becoming an addict as this cheese is delicious. It is crumbly and has a gentle flavour. It is of a moreish quality but it probably should be eaten on special occasions.

Elevate your cheeseboard

Absolutely gorgeous cheese and has taken our cheeseboards to a new level. Whisky flavour was subtle but definitely there; cheese has never disappeared so quickly
