Best cheeses I have tasted in a very long time!
Sitting on the patio this evening enjoying a large Ricard ice and water before dinner when I thought I might just try a small taste of the newly arrived Beech Wood Smoked Cheddar.
The picture shows the small taste developed into a slightly larger sample, not because I couldn't make up my mind but because it was delicious and surprisingly worked well with the Ricard. So there's a new twist to aperitifs, smoked cheese and Ricard.
This may be unique to my pallet as I love aniseed, licorice and smoke, but feel free to try it.

Yet another order made, but I will have to share it with my son. Suggested he gets his own but good old dad always has some.
Lovely cheese, very tasty
