These four Snowdonia cheeses and Willie’s Cacao single-estate chocolate bars – available in our Cheese & Chocolate Tasting Basket – make unexpectedly delicious flavour pairings. Beautifully presented on the board of your choice alongside grapes, dates, pretzels, figs and walnuts, it creates a truly unique grazing board to share with friends.
Method
Take the cheeses out of the fridge for at least half an hour to allow them to reach room temperature.
Cut the cheese into wedges (please see our cutting guide for step-by-step instructions) before placing them on the sharing board. We like to present the wedges with the wax on for a splash of colour.
Break the chocolate bars into pieces before placing them on the sharing board
Add the grapes, dates, pretzels, figs and walnuts to the board.
